The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Resident Counselor to support individuals in a 24/7 residential program across the Capital Region. Responsibilities include collaboration with planning and interdisciplinary teams, assisting with daily living skills, promoting independence, and respecting each person’s choices and dignity while implementing personalized care plans. Flexible scheduling options exist across FT, PT and per diem, with weekend, evening and overnight availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
