Leading the global Solutions Engineering organization, the full-time Vice President of Solutions Engineering will build a high-performing technical pre-sales function that enhances sales productivity, drives revenue growth, and strengthens alignment across teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and scale the Solutions Engineering organization by implementing effective team structures and talent development strategies Define and operationalize the technical sales process to improve execution and achieve company bookings objectives Establish feedback mechanisms to align product development with market needs and customer requirements Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales or solutions engineering leadership roles Experience in scaling Solutions Engineering organizations within observability or infrastructure software sectors Proven track record of building high-performing technical teams Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and complex buying cycles Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
