ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Business Management, a proud mom of two daughters, and enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and spoiling my two dogs.

Giving back to our community is an important part of our agency. We actively participate in local community events and our annual "12 Months of Giving" initiatives, allowing us to make a positive impact throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Lindsay Adam - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
