Qualifications include: strong work ethic, reliably performs tasks as assigned, perform routine clerical tasks delegated by the lead administrative assistant, including copying, scanning, mail distribution, and preparing basic correspondence. Support the lead administrative assistant with general office functions to maintain smooth daily operations. Serve as a secondary point of contact for phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Relay messages and information to staff, students, and families accurately and promptly. Greet visitors, verify identification, and follow established school security procedures. Enter student information, attendance updates, and other required data into district systems. Assist in maintaining organized student files and office records. Help prepare attendance reports and documentation as requested. Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Microsoft Office, Genesis, and Frontline for daily tasks. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
