Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in West Texas

You will step into a growing FQHC pediatric practice with a clear need driven by upcoming retirement and continued growth. This is a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner role in Odessa, Texas, where you will manage your own independent patient panel with physician support on the team. What We Offer You

• Growing FQHC Pediatrics Practice: Join a pediatric clinic expanding due to growth and an upcoming retirement, with the opportunity to build and manage an independent patient panel.
• Weekday Clinic Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a flexible 40-hour schedule.
• Team-Based Support: Work alongside two physicians and experienced NPs in the practice.
• Compensation and Incentives: Base salary 120,000, quality bonus up to 10,000, and 5,000 sign-on bonus + RVU incentive
• Loan Support: Student loan support through FQHC programs and relocation assistance available.

Candidate Requirements

• PNP preferred.
• New graduate PNPs welcome.
• FNP considered with 2+ years of pediatric experience.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
