AI & Automation Lead

To support the transition to an AI-first organization, the full-time remote AI & Automation Lead will manage the development and deployment of AI and automation solutions, ensuring security and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Build and maintain shared infrastructure for secure web app hosting and centralized resources for the organization Oversee the review and advisory process for corporate AI and automation builds, ensuring compliance and efficiency before deployment Collaborate with AI specialists to identify and implement AI solutions that meet organizational standards for cost and security Required qualifications Minimum of five years in technical operations, IT, or support roles with a focus on systems integration and automation Proven experience building and deploying AI integrations and automation workflows using tools like n8n, Workato, or Zapier Hands-on experience with large language model tools and a practical understanding of their operational risks Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP, including secure hosting patterns and secrets management Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization without formal authority
