The role involves backfill responsibilities. Candidates must have hospital experience. The facility has 216 beds and serves Bay County and surrounding communities. The organization has been recognized for excellence in various quality measures. The facility is equipped with a designated Pediatric ER, a Pediatric ICU, and a NICU. The hospital has accreditation in multiple care areas. The team includes a wide range of healthcare providers and employees committed to high-quality patient care. The unit utilizes advanced equipment including Pyxis MedStation and DoseEdge for IV workflow management. Staffing requires mixed shifts with rotating weekends. Advanced skills in sterile compounding are required. Experience with neonatal and pediatric populations is essential. The work environment is focused on providing exceptional care and leveraging new technology. All staff are required to wear designated scrubs and closed-toed shoes.
