Production Worker (Day Shift) Location: New Albany, IN Position Summary:  The Inspector / Pre-Pack Laborer is responsible for inspecting foam products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications while preparing finished products for packaging and shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to quality and safety. Schedule:  Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $17.00 per hour during the temp-to-hire period What You’ll Do: Inspect foam products for defects, damage, and compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.  Sort, count, and verify products prior to packaging.  Assemble, label, and package finished foam products according to work instructions and specifications.  Maintain accurate production and inspection records.  Report quality concerns, defects, or discrepancies to supervisors.  Perform rework or trimming of products when necessary.  Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.  Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned.  What We’re Looking For: Quality inspection  Packaging and labeling  Attention to detail  Basic math and counting skills  Teamwork and communication  Reading and writing Safety awareness Ability to work overtime  Why Qualified Staffing?   Applying with us connects you to multiple opportunities, not just one.
