The Role We're looking for a Studio Manager who wants to build something — not just manage it. You'll be the operational and cultural heartbeat of BODYBAR Pilates Exton, from the pre-opening membership rush through year one and beyond. You'll build and lead a sales team, own our membership growth, and create the kind of community where members don't just show up — they bring their friends.
