We are seeking Forklift Drivers at our location in Carrolton, TX and Grapevine, TX to safely operate forklifts, move and stage materials, and keep our distribution and fulfillment operations running smoothly. We're hiring across both sites - Cherry Picker Forklift Operators at our Esters location and Sit-Down Forklift Operators at our Carrolton location. Whichever site and shift fits what you are looking for, you'll be a key part of the warehouse team - operating equipment safely, and supporting the daily flow that keeps our customers' products moving.

Requirements

• Safely operate forklifts (cherry picker or sit-down, depending on site) and other warehouse equipment in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Load, unload, move, stage, and stack materials and inventory throughout the warehouse and distribution areas
• Use RF scanners and pick tickets to track shipments, verify inventory accuracy, and follow pick/put-away instructions
• Wear and properly use a safety harness and tether when operating cherry picker lifts at elevated heights (Esters site)
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area - including pre-shift equipment inspections - and work cooperatively with team members, leads, and supervisors to hit daily goals

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required (cherry picker, sit-down, or stand-up); current forklift certification preferred - we can also certify the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset - you double-check loads, watch your surroundings, and follow safety procedures every time
• Comfortable working at heights for extended periods (Cherry Picker role at Esters) and able to perform repeated lifting, moving, and stacking throughout the shift
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Here's how it works:

• Walk in to HR with two valid forms of government-issued ID and your direct deposit information

If you are chosen to move forward in the process you will then:

• Complete a drug screen as part of the onboarding process
• Get onboarded with our HR team and confirm which site and shift you'll be working
• Schedule your skills test - we'll set up a hands-on forklift skills test at your assigned site to make sure you're set up for success
• Start work at your assigned site once you've passed the skills test

  1. Sun-Wed (6am-6pm) - $17.00 per hour
  2. Sun-Wed (6pm-6am) - $18.00 per hour
  3. Wed-Sat (6am-6pm) - $17.00 per hour
  4. Wed-Sat (6pm-6am) - $18.00 per hour

Esters Site - Cherry Picker Forklift Operators

• Mon-Thurs, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1st Shift) | $16.00/hour
• Fri-Mon, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1st Shift) | $16.00/hour

Some occasional weekends or extended hours during peak periods.
