With 10 years in the insurance industry — five as a team member and five as an agent — I’ve built an office rooted in teamwork, growth, and community involvement. Our current team includes three full-time and two part-time team members, and we take pride in creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Paul Capista - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
