Position Overview The APU Setter is responsible for the startup, operation, and maintenance of molding and assembly equipment. - Operate injection molding and assembly equipment; load programs and align robotic systems
- Perform startup checks, color/material changes, and mold maintenance
- Conduct visual inspection of products to ensure quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor process issues; escalate as needed
- Perform TPM maintenance, line clearances, and cycle checklists
- Follow LOTO procedures for unsafe equipment
- Maintain clean workspace and participate in Lean initiatives
- Support ISO, GMP, Health & Safety, and standard work procedures
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Stand and walk 90% of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grab, and climb
- Satisfy vision testing requirements
- Clean manufacturing and warehouse environment
- Moderate noise levels
- $50-55k/year for night shift work
- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment
- Contribute to process improvements and Lean initiatives
