Customer Service Associate - Hiring Immediately (West Palm Beach) | $60,000-$85,000

The best customer-service people make difficult things feel easier.

That is exactly what we want here.

You will speak with individuals exploring health coverage and life benefit options, understand what they are trying to accomplish, and help make the next step clear. You will do that in a full-time, in-office role where the team is present, accessible, and part of the learning environment.

The work includes conversation, organization, scheduling, and follow-up.

No previous insurance experience is required.

Instead, we are looking for:

- Good communication

- Patience

- Reliability

- Attention to detail

- Willingness to learn

Training and coaching are available as you learn the workflow.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people but wants more professional growth and income opportunity than a traditional customer-service position.

We are hiring immediately.
