Credit Analyst — Underwrite & Grow Client Relationships

First Western is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to support Relationship Bankers by underwriting new loan requests, managing renewals, and ensuring portfolio compliance. You will analyze loan relationships, track covenants, coordinate credit processing from application to onboarding, and seek opportunities to expand banking solutions.
