Boutique Law Firm Seeks Talented Associate Attorney Salary: $120,000 - $250,000 per year A bit about us: A growing personal injury law firm with offices in Kent and Seattle, WA is seeking a highly experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished PI attorney who can independently manage complex litigation, take cases from discovery through trial, and provide leadership and mentorship to a growing team of attorneys. Active license to practice law in Washington State preferred. Significant experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex PI litigation. Strong experience handling cases from discovery through trial. Meaningful deposition, courtroom, and trial experience. Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills. Strong client-management and communication abilities. Previous experience mentoring or supervising attorneys preferred.
