UX Designer

We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin (Hybrid)!

Responsibilities

• Apply and expand existing design system components in Figma
• Support migration of digital experiences to a new platform
• Create design specifications and implementation guidance for engineers
• Review completed work and provide UX feedback
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams
• Help make practical, user-focused decisions in an agile environment

Required Qualifications

• UX or Product Design experience
• Strong design systems experience
• Advanced Figma skills
• Experience working closely with front-end engineering teams
• Ability to create reusable patterns, documentation, and guidance
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• React or front-end development familiarity
• Strong UI and visual design skills
• Experience supporting platform migrations or modernization efforts
• Ability to work hybrid in Madison, Wisconsin

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
