Activities Attendant As a Mountain Activities Attendant, your role is to provide Epic guest service as you guide our guests through amazing alpine adventures such as Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, Surface Lift Operations, and Ticket Scanning. You will interact with guests and fellow employees from all over the world and engage in a variety of different guest service outlets and activities. Create experiences of a lifetime for guests, fellow employees, and ourselves. Be safe. Provide a safe experience and assist youngest guests as they navigate the adventures. Serve others. Operate activities such as Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Adventure Zone, Trampolines, Zip Lines, Ropes Courses, and answer guest questions. Do right. Engage with guests, receive feedback, resolve issues on the spot, verify tickets, and answer ticket‑related questions. Drive value. Advocate for Vail Resorts and the high‑quality experience we provide. Do good. Keep the mountain clean and promote the outdoors so guests become lifelong advocates. Be inclusive. Guide guests of varying experience levels and backgrounds. Stay flexible. Work across many roles and enjoy a new adventure each day. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Be prepared: Work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods. Be sturdy: Stand for long periods. Be nimble: Twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, and lift (up to 50 lbs.) throughout the day. Be friendly: Converse clearly with a variety of guests. Background check required.
