Project Details: Lead high-level conversation design initiatives for virtual assistance platforms. Must Haves: 5+ years of experience in digital platforms or virtual assistants Hands‑on experience with NLP‑based virtual assistance, chatbots, or conversational AI solutions. Strong background in building conversation flows, decision logic, and user journey mapping Visio and/or Figma. Ability to translate ambiguous concepts into structured workflows.
