What's a typical day as Production Manager? You'll be:

• Developing and enforcing production schedules, quality standards, and operational processes to achieve company objectives
• Leading and motivating plant staff, promoting teamwork, and resolving conflicts in a unionized setting
• Managing inventory, raw materials procurement, and overseeing warehouse operations
• Monitoring production performance, analyzing reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to maximize equipment and resource utilization
• Upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
• Supporting payroll processing, maintaining accurate production records, and coordinating reporting requirements
• Recommending capital improvement projects and implementing solutions for operational challenges
