Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, adjust, and maintain equipment components such as bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment concerns and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Assist in facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
