Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: If a 1st time traveler- then they need to have 3+ years of ICU experience & have Epic experience.

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Requirements: 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule
• Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation

Floating Requirements:

• Must float within Zone 3 - Zone 3 (Based around Denver City Center): OrthoColorado Hospital -10 miles from Denver City Center, 11650 W 2nd Pl Lakewood, CO; Longmont United Hospital -40 miles from Denver City Center; 1950 Mountain View Ave Longmont, CO; St. Anthony Hospital -10 miles from Denver City Center, 11600 W 2nd Pl Lakewood, CO; St. Anthony North Hospital -12 miles from Denver City Center, 14300 Orchard Pkwy Westminster, CO
• May be asked to float into any other acuity level; ICU, PCU/Stepdown, & MS-Tele An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission
