We are seeking dependable warehouse associates to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. This role is essential to ensuring products are handled safely, packed accurately, and ready for carrier pickup within strict daily deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and system instructions.
• Prepare products according to cold-chain requirements, including the proper use of insulation, ice packs, and other temperature-sensitive materials.
• Safely handle frozen gel packs and dry ice blocks in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Meet daily pack-out targets and carrier pickup cutoff times, which may vary by carrier and facility.
• Verify product, quantity, labeling, and packaging accuracy before sealing orders.
• Apply shipping labels and carrier-specific documentation correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow cold-storage, food-safety, OSHA, and company standard operating procedures.
• Report order discrepancies, damaged products, or supply shortages to a supervisor promptly.
• Assist with receiving, inventory counts, restocking, and other warehouse activities as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as assigned and properly trained.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold-storage environment, including extended exposure to freezing temperatures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required due to daily carrier pickup schedules.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Previous warehouse, packing, fulfillment, or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures when handling dry ice and other cold-chain materials.
