**Responsibilities:**
- Process cancellation requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle accounting calls, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
- Verify necessary information for both cancellations and accounting queries.
- Communicate with customers to confirm cancellation details, reasons, and address accounting concerns.
- Update cancellation and accounting records in the system promptly.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to cancellations or accounting matters.
