Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program
• Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 18 months of licensed nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of Office nursing experience.
