Elmora Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking for a Weekend RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor for our 7-3 shift. Elmora Hills has a dynamic nursing team and is looking for a strong RN leader to join an exciting group!

Job Description:

• RN Nurse will provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff including assignments
• RN nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols
• Monitor and maintain patient safety and quality of care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members including doctors
• Provide support to patients and their families
• Manage new admissions and collaborate with doctors on plan of care

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey RN (Registered Nurse) license.
• RN must have strong clinical assessments and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
