Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a range of responsibilities that are vital to the success of our clients and the operations of our clinic. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on detailed psychosocial assessments and accepted social-work practices. \n
- Establishing and maintaining connections with community resource leaders to represent our organization at meetings and contribute to addressing the social needs of our patients. \n
- Providing direct counseling and crisis intervention, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral health challenges experienced by patients. \n
- Communicating effectively with physicians and other medical professionals to report on patient progress, highlight concerns, and discuss potential issues. \n
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and progress notes in accordance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. \n
You will engage with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will involve not just understanding their immediate needs but also supporting their long-term mental wellness through tailored therapeutic interventions and community resources.
Qualifications\nTo excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Counseling (LPC). \n
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with demonstrable skills in individual and group therapy. \n
