Job Title Occupational Therapist – OTR - Home Health Visits – PRN Home health visit experience required Home visits available in Warren, Dekalb, Van Buren and Cannon counties in Tennessee Offering flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement and referral program Overview As a home health Occupational Therapist PRN, you will be responsible for conducting one‑on‑one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence in the home setting.
