The clinic provides primary care, mental health, and preventive health services in a modern outpatient setting.722 NW 7th Street, Brainerd, MN 56401ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care services to Veteran patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditionsPerform patient assessments, physical examinations, and develop individualized care plansOrder and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory resultsPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocolsCoordinate patient care with specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary servicesDocument all patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health recordParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activitiesProvide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and self-managementEnsure compliance with VA clinical practice guidelines and standard operating proceduresQualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institutionBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM)Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. stateActive DEA registrationCurrent AHA BLS and ACLS certificationsNPI numberMinimum 2 years of primary care experience preferredScheduleFull-Time (1 FTE available)Monday – Friday, standard business hoursKurzSolutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
