Production Operator

Production OperatorThis position is responsible for the production of cables, lead wires and sub-assemblies manufactured in the Production department per the production schedule. This position is responsible for the verification of parts and documentation for every job and is responsible for filling out the Device History Records accurately. This position is trained to understand the characteristics and qualities of the products and accessories manufactured by the company, to interpret and effectively use the work instructions and procedures made available to them.Duties and responsibilities include verification of components and documentation for all assemblies, manufacturing of ECG, EKG, SpO2, IBP, TEMP, C.O, Simulator, Ultrasound, Sync-Out and Adapter Cables, testing cables with a Digital Multimeter for correct placement and component values, ability to interpret drawings, fill out controlled documentation clearly and legible, product knowledge, and assist during inventory counts.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
