Our private orthodontic practice is seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Orthodontic Assistant/RDA to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will work directly with our orthodontists to deliver high-quality clinical care and life changing smiles for our patients! Core responsibilities include:

• Chairside assisting: assist the orthodontist during bonding, debonding, adjustments and other ortho related procedures
• Patient care: prepare patients for treatment, explain clinical procedures clearly, and provide thorough oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
• Diagnostic records: take high-quality digital x-rays including CBCT, intraoral photographs, and 3D digital impressions/scans using iTero
• Clinical preparation: sterilize instruments, maintain strict infection control protocols, and prep treatment rooms to ensure maximum efficiency
• Documentation: Accurately update patient charts and treatment notes in our digital management software (familiarity with Ortho2 Edge is a plus)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5-2yrs orthodontic specific experience
• Licensure active RDA minimum, OA permit preferred
• Cerfications current x-ray, CPR/BLS
• Skills exceptional communication, reliability, positive attitude

Position: OA/RDA

Location: Riverside main/Chino on occasion

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 10:00AM-6:00PM, Rotating Fridays 9:00AM-4:30PM or Saturdays :00AM-1:00PM

Compensation: $23-28/hour
