We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated  Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)  to join our rehabilitation team and support residents in improving mobility, strength, and overall independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. 

Currently hiring for  Per diem. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervision in accordance with state guidelines  

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs  

• Monitor and accurately document patient progress  

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes  

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications : 

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) recognized by APTA  

• Active state PTA license/registration as required  

• Strong communication and organizational skills  

• Team-oriented and patient-focused approach 

• Ability to lift, transfer, and safely assist patients  

• Perform therapeutic exercises and mat treatments  

• Transport patients as needed
