JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supervisory support to the facilities leadership team for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the EVS department. Shift is 10PM-6AM Wednesday through Sunday. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports and trains EVS Attendants in various tasks, ensuring the results meet and/or exceed company expectations. Works with Facilities Supervisor to create tasks and checklists. Holds department pre-shift briefings and delegate job assignments as per guidance of the Facilities Manager. Ensures operation is OSHA and Hazcom compliant, including maintenance of the departmental MSD Sheets. Ensure all equipment and chemicals are safely labeled, stored, and team members are fully educated on use/hazards. Receives equipment and supplies and coordinates distribution and storage of such in an organized fashion. Ensures that all storage areas are labeled and maintained in good order. Monitors equipment condition and ensures that it is properly maintained. Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor. Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a high-volume hospitality environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent. Six months to one year of experience in related field preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

The Team Member may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. The Team Member may be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The work environment may vary in levels of crowds, noise, flashing lights, and smoke, depending on the assigned station and guest volume.
