Franchise Business Consultant - Arby's(Raleigh NC, Richmond VA remote)

Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve‑or‑exceed goals for their networks to drive the business in sales, profits, and network growth. To accomplish this, Business Consultants focus on coaching and influencing Franchise organizations to consistently deliver a safe brand experience, foster same‑store comp growth, and prepare for additional unit growth. Job Responsibilities Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by regional operations leadership. Facilitate the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance and align on future goals and commitments. Align priority areas with Franchisees to drive sales, profitability, and network growth while maintaining a safe and consistent brand experience. Develop coaching plans and conduct regular check‑ins to ensure Franchisees follow through on commitments. Track, review, and analyze ongoing data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward goals and commitments. Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priority actions for Franchisees. Follow up on commitments and monitor data to confirm progress. Support Franchisees in remodeling and new restaurant construction processes. Align with the construction team and franchisee to monitor milestones, holding franchisee accountable to operational specifications for completed facilities. Provide support during all remodel and new store openings. Facilitate communications between franchisee and cross‑functional partners to pursue brand experience, same‑store growth, and unit‑growth opportunities. Participate as‑needed with Field Marketing Team on updates for operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts. Monitor and support execution of local, DMA, and regional marketing plans. Perform evaluations on restaurants as needed based on the Franchisee Business Review or other indicators. Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support for franchisees. Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leads. Complete all responsible administrative functions and requirements in a timely manner. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED (preferred four‑year bachelor’s degree). Minimum 5 years supervisory management or district‑level multi‑unit operations experience. Prior leadership experience. Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills – ability to manage time, plan, and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to build credibility and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to develop and execute plans that drive results. Ability to use data to inform decisions. Ability to bring people together to solve problems. Resourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction; can effectively adapt to different situations and personalities.
