Proman Staffing is looking for general labor personnel for a well known company located in Vernon Hills, IL. Monday - Friday (some Saturdays based on work volume) 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. There is no experience required as we provide on-the-job training. The work environment is climate controlled and the majority of the job is completed while seated. This is a first shift position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Wrap packages or inspect boxes for conformance to company standards and postal (UPS, FedEx or Truck) regulations. Records information on order form and control sheet. Final inspection of printed goods prior to packing QC imprint against art acknowledgement for defects, smears, smudges, missing parts of imprint etc. Confirm item number, item color, and quantity against SO/WO packet for accuracy. Read and review order packet prior to packing to ensure special packing instructions are met. Ex. Barcodes, labels, inserts, packaging Other duties may be assigned. Willingness to work in other areas.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally. Must stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle, lift, reach with arms, stoop, kneel and crouch.
