We pride ourselves on a strong culture rooted in teamwork, product quality, project execution, and customer satisfaction.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Inkjet Roll-Fed Press Operator to run high-speed production inkjet equipment for regular, transactional, and direct mail printing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating roll-fed inkjet presses in a deadline-driven environment, with a strong understanding of print quality control and machine maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain roll-fed inkjet presses (e.g., Ricoh, Canon, or equivalent).Load rolls, align substrates, and ensure ink and media calibration for optimal output.Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot errors, and minimize downtime.Conduct quality checks and verify output against job specifications.Collaborate with the production team to meet daily job requirements and deadlines.Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience operating roll-fed inkjet presses. - Familiarity with transactional print environments and variable data printing. - Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow safety protocols. - Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts as needed.At AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone!
