Sales Representative - Western Iowa - Orthopaedic Instruments
Stryker Orthopaedics
Stryker seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative for western Iowa to drive medical device sales across a multi-territory region. The role is field-based with responsibility for building clinical relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and executing territory growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quota targets
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, supply chain, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in operating room settings
- Lead product launches, conversions, and implementations with customer accounts
- Deliver in-services and training to clinical staff on product usage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside sales/B2B sales experience
- 2+ years medical device sales or healthcare B2B sales with quota responsibility, preferred
- Proven track record of quota attainment and territory expansion
- Experience selling into hospitals, physicians, or healthcare systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 30% within territory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
