Shift Availability 1. All shifts run between 2:00 AM and 6:00 PM. 2. Note: Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays, as those are our busiest and most exciting days! Job Summary As a Donut Baker, you will be the heart of our kitchen production. You will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and frying our signature dough, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring our display cases are always stocked with perfection. Core Responsibilities 1. Production: Complete daily donut and pastry baking productions from start to finish. 2. Preparation: Confidently cut dough and operate commercial fryers to bake products to perfection. 3. Quality Control: Maintain high standards for presentation, taste, and troubleshooting any production issues. 4. Kitchen Care: Keep the baker's area pristine. This includes sweeping, mopping, and deep-cleaning fryers, utensils, ovens, mixers, proof boxes, and flour bins. 5. Inventory Management: Put away and rotate new ingredient deliveries as they arrive (FIFO method). 6. Teamwork: Assist with production needs for other locations when necessary (Note: management handles all product transportation). Qualifications & Skills 1. Must be 18 years of age or older. 2. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 3. Flexibility to adapt production quickly based on store and customer demands. 4. Basic math skills for calculating quantities and following recipes. 5. Ability to forecast daily store production needs. 6. Strong communication skills to collaborate smoothly with coworkers and management. Physical Requirements & Work Environment 1. Must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of a full shift. 2.
