iHeartMedia Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Marketing Consultant who understands the dealership business, thrives in face-to-face client relationships, and knows how to build innovative marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and vehicle sales. The ideal candidate understands the challenges dealers face every day, from inventory fluctuations and market share battles to lead generation and fixed operations growth. They can confidently sit across the table from Dealer Principals, General Managers, Marketing Directors, and agency partners, uncover business opportunities, and recommend solutions that produce measurable results.

As an Automotive Marketing Consultant with iHeartMedia Automotive, you will help dealerships grow market share, increase showroom traffic, generate leads, and ultimately sell more vehicles. You will:

• Develop and grow relationships through consistent in-person dealership visits, networking, prospecting, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Dealer Operators, Marketing Directors, and agency partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand dealership objectives, competitive pressures, inventory concerns, fixed operations opportunities, and growth goals.
• Create customized marketing strategies that help dealers drive awareness, shopper engagement, traffic, leads, sales, and service revenue.
• Leverage iHeartMedia Automotive's comprehensive automotive marketing stack, including: Broadcast Radio Streaming Audio Podcasts Connected TV (CTV) OTT Video Social Media Solutions Display Advertising Influencer Marketing Proprietary Automotive Audience Targeting Automotive Attribution & Matchback Reporting Dealer Traffic Generation Programs Exclusive Automotive Consumer Insights & Research Proprietary Automotive Advertising Solutions.
• Utilize industry-leading automotive research resources, shopper insights, audience intelligence, and consumer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and build strategic recommendations.
• Present creative, innovative marketing ideas that dealers love and that help their stores stand out in highly competitive markets.
• Collaborate with automotive strategists, campaign specialists, creative teams, and product experts to develop integrated programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Deliver compelling business presentations supported by market intelligence, automotive data, consumer insights, and performance reporting.
• Conduct ongoing business reviews and campaign recaps that clearly demonstrate results, ROI, and future growth opportunities.

• Week 2: Partner closely with your manager and automotive team members to understand expectations, territory opportunities, prospecting priorities, and communication rhythms.
