What You’ll Do as a Restaurant Shift Manager:
- Run the Shift – Lead day-to-day operations including opening/closing, food prep, and quality control.
- Team Support – Train and coach crew members to meet performance and service standards.
- Guest Satisfaction – Deliver a friendly, fast, and accurate experience for every customer.
- Compliance & Cleanliness – Maintain food safety, sanitation, and QSR brand standards.
- Problem Solving – Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues on the spot.
- Administrative Duties – Complete shift reports, track attendance, and support labor planning.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant (required).
