We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hairstylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an established client book and a passion for delivering outstanding hair services. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to thrive in a supportive and vibrant salon atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Maintain and grow your existing client book by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to offer the latest styles and treatments to clients.
- Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Promote salon products and services to clients, contributing to retail sales.
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional hairstyling experience.
- Established client book with a loyal clientele.
- Proficiency in various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid cosmetology license.
