Job DescriptionJob Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field while supporting the development and execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Create and edit engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email, and websites.
- Coordinate and support the execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
