HCP Marketing Director, Respiratory Biologics

Lead development and execution of HCP marketing initiatives for a long-acting specialty respiratory biologic Refine and execute HCP campaigns focused on the launch indication Identify and prioritize opportunities using market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer needs Develop segmentation, targeting, content, and messaging strategies for healthcare professionals Design and implement innovative multichannel marketing campaigns Oversee promotional materials and tools while ensuring regulatory and industry compliance Establish measurement plans and identify performance drivers and barriers Partner with Medical, Market Access, Sales, Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, and field sales teams Standardize monthly reviews of HCP OKRs and communicate business performance to leadership Define, track, and refine OKRs Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and represent the brand with senior leadership and agency partners Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team Cultivate GSK’s cultural pillars: ambitious for patients, accountable for impact, and doing the right thing Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 8+ years of experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies Minimum 4+ years of progressive marketing experience, including director-level leadership roles Experience working in a cross-functional matrix organization Expertise in biologics marketing, with experience in respiratory or specialty care Experience developing and applying multidimensional attitudinal and behavioral segmentation strategies Experience as a first-line sales leader and/or leading large teams toward ambitious goals Strong analytical skills Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across a matrix organization Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills Knowledge of regulatory and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing HCP marketing initiatives for specialty biologics, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.
