Outpatient Physical Therapist Join our multidisciplinary team in Billings, Montana to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care with a variety of therapeutic modalities. Responsibilities Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose and treat injuries, diseases and disabilities using standard physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate and train patients, families and caregivers while collaborating with care teams and stakeholders. Apply evidence‑based practices to set appropriate goals, duration and intensity of service. Maintain effective communication with peers, patients, families, caregivers and other stakeholders. Participate in mentoring and supervision of students and new hires. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Uphold the mission, vision and values of Intermountain Health and service standards. Physical Requirements Continuous need to see, read, communicate, lift and manipulate equipment with manual dexterity; frequent computer use; lifting and moving patients; bending and carrying supplies up to heavy items; extended standing and navigating busy clinical spaces. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent. Current licensure in state of practice. Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Basic computer skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Experience and skill sets with the target population of the job setting. Benefits Sign‑on bonus of 20000 (if eligible).
