Location: Saint Louis, MO
Duration: Fulltime
Salary: 100K-120K/Year
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Provide a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform (VDI and RDSH) through end‐to‐end ownership of escalated tickets, proactive monitoring, disciplined image lifecycle management, and outcome‐based end‐user experience (EUX) management.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience in Virtualization / EUC support and operations
Strong Experience With
• VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments • Windows OS administration and image management • ITIL-based processes experience • Proven experience in enterprise IT services and operations

- EUX Monitoring (ControlUp or similar)
- Automation & Scripting (Powershell, Python...)
