Front Desk Officer

Welcome clients and manage inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone and in person Provide information about lessons, programs, schedules, prices and availability Assist clients with bookings, payments, confirmations and rescheduling Recommend suitable alternatives and help convert inquiries into bookings Coordinate with the Head Coach, Tennis Director and on-site teams Maintain accurate client records and ensure reliable follow-up Support reception, administrative tasks, events and pro shop operations when required Represent the Mouratoglou brand through excellent customer service Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, friendly and solution-oriented approach Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of clients’ needs Positive attitude and strong team spirit An understanding of the tennis industry would be an advantage Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mouratoglou
