US - Field Technical Support Consultant I - US4

Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a US - Field Technical Support Consultant I - US4 to join their team. As a US - Field Technical Support Consultant I - US4, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting customer service and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Apply growing technical knowledge to operate specific technology areas such as server administration, security management, or performance management.
• Resolve routine technical incidents independently, ensuring minimal risk and maintaining service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to address more complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Utilize HP solutions to meet customer needs within designated technical responsibilities.
• Participate in customer expectation management and escalation processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree in a technical field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of HP products and services offerings.
• Effective communication skills suitable for technical and management audiences.
• Strong active listening skills and adaptability in message delivery.
• Problem-solving skills with proactive, reactive, and creative approaches based on established procedures.
