Are you a licensed real estate agent who wants more consistent appointments, better follow-up, and real support behind your business?

The Randy Bacon Group is expanding across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and partnering with agents who want to keep their brand, database, client relationships, and commission without paying an added team split to The Randy Bacon Group.

This is not a salary position or a traditional team split model. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for agents who want better lead systems, CRM setup, marketing support, coaching, accountability, and YouTube strategy while staying independent.

What We Help With

Lead Generation Support

We help build and support buyer and seller lead systems, paid advertising strategies, and trackable lead flow designed to create more consistent opportunities over time.

CRM Setup and Follow-Up

We help set up and organize your CRM, including BoldTrail or Lofty, with follow-up sequences, pipeline tracking, lead organization, and automation so opportunities do not get missed.

Marketing Support

You receive help with campaigns, content, follow-up, and local visibility that you can use in your own market.

YouTube Authority Blueprint

We provide video scripts, topic strategy, and SEO direction to help you build a local YouTube presence that increases your visibility and authority over time.

Buyer and Seller Systems

You receive practical buyer and seller systems to help you lead better conversations, improve follow-up, and convert more appointments.

Coaching and Support

You receive weekly coaching plus Monday through Friday access to real people who can help you work through questions, leads, systems, and business-building decisions.

Responsibilities

Serve buyers and sellers professionally

Follow up with leads and client opportunities quickly

Use the CRM and systems provided

Attend coaching and support calls

Manage your pipeline and client communication

Build relationships in your local market

Stay consistent with follow-up and business-building activities

Compensation

Commission-based independent contractor real estate opportunity.

Target earnings: $80,000 to $180,000+

Actual income will vary based on production, market conditions, follow-up, client conversion, and individual activity.

Requirements

Active real estate license

Strong communication skills

Professional follow-up habits

Willingness to use CRM and lead systems

Availability for client appointments, including some evenings or weekends as needed
