Position Overview

Oculens is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of physical security projects from kickoff through completion.

This role is critical in helping ensure installations remain on schedule, organized, and aligned between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple moving parts across security and low-voltage projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities for Verkada security system deployments and related low-voltage projects
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, installation timelines, and task tracking
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding project updates and scheduling
• Assist with ordering materials, tracking equipment deliveries, and coordinating logistics
• Support field technicians and project managers during installations and commissioning
• Prepare project status reports, closeout documents, and customer communications
• Track project milestones and help proactively identify scheduling or operational risks
• Ensure project documentation remains organized and up to date
• Coordinate permitting, site access, and scheduling requirements when applicable
• Assist with customer onboarding, training coordination, and project handoff
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, administrative support, or related roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

• Experience in physical security, access control, low-voltage, construction, or technology industries
• Familiarity with Verkada products or cloud-based security systems
• Experience supporting field operations or installation teams

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Occasional after-hours coordination may be required based on installation schedules or customer needs.
