Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Director for a privately owned manufacturing organization in the Easley, SC area. This company operates in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who can support multiple locations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and strengthen overall HR operations.
Position Summary
The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources operations while partnering closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. This individual will lead recruitment efforts, employee relations, compliance initiatives, talent development, onboarding processes, and organizational planning across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and enjoys building processes that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support company objectives and long-term growth
- Partner with leadership teams to address organizational needs and workforce planning
- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and organizational development
- Support culture-building efforts and drive continuous improvement across HR functions
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Oversee recruiting and hiring processes to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and enhance onboarding programs and employee training initiatives
- Implement performance management processes and employee development plans
- Create strategies to improve retention and workforce stability
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee concerns, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive and professional workplace culture across multiple locations
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations and support disciplinary actions when necessary
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage benefits administration and support employee wellness initiatives
- Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and process improvements
- Lead and mentor HR team members while supporting daily HR operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing HR processes and improving organizational effectiveness
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus
