About the Role Leasing ConsultantAs a Leasing Consultant at Enclave, you are the face of our communities, blending exceptional customer service with a knack for sales to create a welcoming experience for potential and current tenants. From showcasing the features of our apartments during tours to guiding prospects through the leasing process, you'll play a pivotal role in matching individuals with their perfect home. Beyond the sale, you'll foster lasting relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and helping our communities thrive. Position Logistics- Primary Work Location: Silverthorne Apartments | Sioux Falls, SD
- Work Environment: On-Site
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 am - 6 pm with rotating Saturdays (10:00AM-2:00PM). Team members are expected to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
- Work Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)

- Be a Property Expert: Master the details of our current and upcoming properties, showcasing their best features to prospective tenants.
- Bring Creative Marketing Solutions: Collaborate with your Community Manager to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive results.
- Close Deals with Confidence: Work alongside other Leasing Consultants to lease units, maximizing occupancy and income potential.
- Foster Tenant Satisfaction: Support the Community Manager in implementing policies and procedures that preserve property value and ensure tenant happiness.
- Solve Challenges: Resolve tenant concerns swiftly and professionally, maintaining the integrity of our community.

- Confident communicators with excellent verbal and written skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for planning and multitasking
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software like AppFolio
- High School Diploma required, additional education preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience, property management or sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Our salary ranges are established based on a combination of market data, internal equity, and the unique characteristics of our organization such as our size, revenue, and industry. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
